Medical card application services are provided in partnership with licensed healthcare professionals. Cloud Leveled does not provide medical advice and does not guarantee approval of medical card applications.

Cloud Leveled shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the website or services.
